Khrys Ramirez was born and spent a majority of his life in Los Angeles, CA. He moved to North County San Diego when his first child was born in 2018. Khrys holds a Master of Arts Degree in Business with a focus in Leadership.
 
His experience coincides with his education as he has spent much of his professional career excelling in sales, overseeing teams, building a multiple youth nonprofit organization, and being CEO of a self sustaining business in North County San Diego. These experiences have given him the necessary skills to thrive as your realtor!

    I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Serri and George. Prior to hiring them to represent us in selling our home, we had another agent (family recommendation) that was terrible. Their team was uncommunicative and left us in the dark for weeks on end. When we moved to Serri and George at the Brand Realty the difference was day and night. They were extremely communicative and made sure they were communicating with us in the manner we felt most comfortable with, which considering our busy schedules, for us was text messaging. They never left us in the dark and we received periodic updates every few days through text and email. Not only that but they were very knowledgeable in our target market and were able to find a buyer relatively quickly, which considering it was holiday season was very impressive. Lastly Serri, George, and the whole Brand Realty team were all super kind and professional. They were patient with us and our buyer, even through several hiccups throughout the process.

    Working with Serri and George was a dream! When I began searching for a San Diego realtor to sell my late father’s home in Oceanside, I came across Serri and the Brand Realty Team. Serri was the third agent I interviewed, and I knew instantly that I wanted to work with her. Her communication style was spot on—honest, direct, and never pushy or salesy.After chatting with her, we had a listing appointment with George, Serri’s business partner. After spending some time with him, we realized he was equally as great as Serri, and we signed the listing agreement.They were amazing at strategizing when to list the house and what price to list it for (was around a holiday). George had recommendations for minor cosmetic improvements we could make to the property before listing. He never tried to upsell me and even project managed everything we needed to get done before going live on the MLS, as I am not local to San Diego.The entire process could not have been smoother. We signed the listing agreement with them on a Wednesday, went live on the MLS the following Thursday, and accepted an offer the next Tuesday with a 10-day escrow close. We got $55k above asking, and I couldn’t have been more thrilled with the outcome. George and Serri were amazing at communicating, texting me daily with updates and answering any questions I had, even late at night.I cannot recommend them enough! Their insightful advice for targeted home improvements to upgrade his home for market sale were undoubtedly instrumental in maximizing the value of the sale. Not only that, they gladly took on the burden of managing the home improvement upgrades via their team of sub-contractors that completed the work flawlessly in just a few weeks and at very fair price points. This enabled us to remotely oversee the sale of my Uncle’s home from the east coast. We were extremely impressed with how the Brand Realty team stayed on schedule with the upgrade work to list the home on the market per the original target date from our first meeting. Their communication with us, conscientiousness, and attention to detail throughout the whole process was superb.
